      Commission Painting Terms Shipping Guarantees

• The miniature(s) will be painted according to the indicated level of painting (Art Level).
• We can paint the miniature(s) as shown in the images above, or we can implement your ideas regarding colors, scenery, coat of arms, weapons at no extra charge. If you have any special requests, please contact us right after placing your order.
• We can place the miniature(s) on a wooden stand at no extra charge. This will allow us to create landscape elements and depict the weather and season. Please let us know if you like any of these ideas.
• Assembling and painting will take at least 25 days from the date of payment (excluding the shipping time for the miniature from its manufacturer to our studio, which is usually 2 weeks).
• We always order the unpainted, unassembled kits directly from manufacturers or their official resellers to avoid counterfeits.
• Once your order is complete, we will share some photos to ensure that you are pleased with our work.

• We offer worldwide delivery with a tracking code via DHL Express courier service whenever possible, with delivery occurring within 10 days from the day of painting completion. If DHL delivery is not available to your destination, the parcel will be sent via regular state mail.
• Please note: the value of parcel may be declared for the express delivery. All import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and you may find relevant information on your customs website.
• We will contact you immediately after the parcel is shipped to provide you with a tracking code.

• We are proud that we have managed to reduce the number of figures damaged during shipment to zero. We guarantee that you will get the figure(s) undamaged; otherwise, we will replace them.
• We do our best to prepare a safe package and take all delivery-related risks. In case of any losses or damages during delivery, please contact us.
• We hope you will love your miniatures. However, if you need to organize a return, we have a 60-day return policy.

CUSTOM-ORIENTED APPROACH In contrast to mass-produced painted toy soldiers, we focus on crafting one-of-a-kind pieces that stand apart. Whether it?s landscapes, color schemes, weaponry, or heraldry, we welcome your ideas to create something truly exceptional. We specialize in painting a diverse range of historical and fantasy miniatures, across various scales. While our store may not showcase every figure available on the market, we invite you to share the details of the miniature you'd like to have painted, and we'll gladly provide you with a personalized price quote.

Our Service:

• We provide three distinct painting levels for historical and fantasy miniatures: Collectible, Art and Museum. Most figures can be implemented in two out of these three options, and there's often a possibility to select a different level for a more budget-friendly price.
• Collectible Level implies well-detailed clothes, shields, and armor, as well as neatly painted faces and simple patterns. Small bases are painted and decorated with touches of artificial grass or rocks. Upon request, wooden stands can be added for an extra charge. The Collectible Level is the best choice for large armies or dynamic dioramas. 
• Art Level provides a richer variety of colors, showcasing various textures and weathering on fabrics, leather, and armor, alongside expressive faces that convey age and ethnicity, as well as the more intricate patterns. We can create any weather conditions and landscape elements on a wooden stand at no extra cost. These realistic and spectacular figures are sure to steal the spotlight in your collection.
• Museum Level signifies a pinnacle of detail and a personalized approach. These incredibly lifelike figures immerse you in their eras, thanks to the detailed face features bearing a striking resemblance to historical persons, enhanced by rich, intricate landscapes. We can include elements such as bushes and trees, walls and buildings, ponds and streams to complement your figure. Custom-made weapons can be provided. These figures are sure to become the centerpieces of your collection that you?ll be proud to showcase.
• We paint authentic miniatures and do not engage with low-quality, illegally recast figures. When you purchase a miniature from us, we order the model kit directly from the manufacturer or an authorized retailer.
• The listed price includes the miniature, as well as the assembling and painting services, packing and shipping.
